Web Content Request

The New Media Department is available to help you place media content on your JTS webpage. This form explains the process and offers guidelines on how to use our services for processing your multimedia files. These include:

Videoconference Request

Use this form to engage in a long distance learning class or meeting that connects JTS to another location across the country or across the world.

Stop by our office to obtain a videoconference form so we can determine what kind of setup you will need. Please be prepared to arrange a test call with the participating site at least a week in advance. We will also recommend which room will best accommodate your videoconference needs.
