Email is the primary and official means of communication with students, faculty, and staff at JTS. Email is faster, more efficient, and cheaper than other forms of communication. In many cases, including general JTS announcements, emergency alerts and closings, and some important deadlines, email will be the sole means of communication. All JTS students, faculty, and staff are therefore expected to have a JTS email account and to read their JTS email on a frequent, regular, and consistent basis. Failure to receive and read JTS communications in a timely manner does not absolve students, faculty, or staff from knowing or complying with the content of such communications.
