The Va'ad Gemilut Hasadim: Susan and Jack Rudin Center for Community Outreach helps to ensure that the mitzvah of giving tzedakah remains a priority for JTS community members through its Annual Tzedakah Campaign, which raises funds for organizations in the United States, Israel, and elsewhere.

The largest fund-raiser for the Va'ad, the Purim Tzedakah Campaign invites JTS community members to make a donation to the Va'ad through sending Purim greetings to friends and coworkers in the JTS community.
In addition, Matanot L'Evyonim cards are sold, giving JTS community members the opportunity to fulfill the mitzvah to give to those in need on Purim.
The Va'ad offers donation cards for both semahot and condolences. Cards may be purchased and can be mailed out on your behalf.
If you would like to make a donation in someone's honor or memory, please visit the Va'ad office (Unterberg 209).
