Eighteen professors and doctoral students from The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) are on the program of the Association for Jewish Studies (AJS) Conference, serving as presenters, responders, and moderators. AJS’s annual meeting, taking place this year from December 18 to 20 at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington DC, is the largest U.S. gathering of Jewish scholars dedicated to promoting, maintaining, and improving research, teaching, and related endeavors in Jewish studies at institutions of higher learning.
